Q: When can I use my ticket?
A: Tickets can be used anytime between May 7-May 16th (enter your validity window). All tickets will expire after X (enter last day of your validity window) & any unused days shall be forfeited. 

Q: What is a Park-to-Park ticket?
A: A park-to-park ticket allows you to move freely between Universal Studios Florida, Islands of Adventure, and/or Epic Universe depending on which ticket you purchase. You can walk between Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure or take the Hogwarts Express. There is a shuttle from City Walk, which is outside of both Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure, that can also bring you to Epic Universe.

Q: Do I need to visit the parks on consecutive days?
A: No, multi-day tickets do not need to be used on consecutive days. For example, if you purchase a 2-Day ticket, you could use it on a Friday and on a Sunday (instead of having to use it two consecutive days).

Q: Why is my ticket labeled a "Youth Ticket"?
A: Our tickets are an ALL AGES ticket. Tickets will say "Youth Ticket" on them because we are a youth event.
 
Q: What about Express Passes?
A: Express Passes are optional, separate from admission tickets, & can be purchased through the Universal Orlando Resort website.

Q: What is the transportation like between the parks?
A: Guests visiting Universal Studios Florida & Islands of Adventure can either walk between parks (no car necessary, average 10 minute walk) or take the Hogwarts Express train ride attraction. Universal Epic Universe is located about 2.5 miles southeast of those two parks. There is a shuttle from City Walk, which is outside Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure, that can also bring you to Epic Universe.

Q: What happens if I lose my ticket?
A: All tickets are hard tickets. Once handed your tickets, each guest is fully responsible to take a picture of the entire back of their ticket (the side with the bar code). In the event you lose your ticket and need to recover it, you will visit the nearest Group Sales location and will need to show them a picture of the entire back of your ticket. 

Q: Are the tickets refundable?
A: No, all tickets are non-refundable.
